Thanks for the additional information. Okay, if Vocalizer Pro is crashing both of your host DAWs, this tells us the issue is with the software itself.

I would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the software again. When performing the uninstallation, try running as well. This will make sure your computer is completely clean. If the software continues to crash after this, move Vocalizer Pro out of your plugin folder, scan your plugins again, then add Vocalizer Pro back to the plugin folder and re-scan. Hope this helps!

Having exactly the same issue in REAPER 5.311 (x64) or Live 9 Lite 9.7.1 (x64), Windows 7 Pro SP1 x64, VocalizerPro v1.3 (64-bit VST version) - bought from Plugin Boutique couple of days ago (to replace TAL-Vocoder II).
